This beautiful set of the 5 Platonic solids is hand-crafted in Virginia from straight-grain Douglas fir. Each piece is between 2.5 and 3.5 inches in diameter (6 to 9 centimeters).

We chose Douglas fir for its beautiful, high contrast grain, which gives the models a unique aesthetic appeal. Each is carefully sanded and ready for display as-is, or they may be stained, varnished, painted, or otherwise decorated.
